Q: How will I order for your service?
A: Select the type of order you want to make and click the paypal buynow button below it, and you will be taken to the payment page.
Q:What will I do next after I've done the payment process..
A:Check your mail for paypal confirmation and receipt of the transaction, then email me your logo, messages you want to display on your banner, color preferences and the paypal transaction ID you receive for confirmation that you are the one who pays for the service.
Q:How long till I get the product after I've emailed you the complete details?
A:Usually this takes no more than 2 days but if the project is a bit complex and difficult might take max of 3 days. You will receive the banners on your email as attachments.
Q:What if I need to change some text or layout after I've received the product.?
A:In some cases that some modification needs to apply, I allow and accept it as long as you reply the email not more than 24 hrs after I sent you the finish product.
Q:Is there any other charges I need to pay for the modification?
A:Nothing as long as it has been request within 24 hrs after I sent you the first finish product. Additional charges of 2$ will be apply if you filed request after the 24 hrs period given to you.
